Bottom line is - you can't include an upload or a file to your post.

If you want to include an file with your post you will must have that file on another Web site or location on the Internet. There are a number of free Web sites that provide this service.

Once you have your file online, place a link to the location in your post.
Such as the following link.

http://www.cdfa.ca.gov/phpps/pdcp/lrReport/RptLgs04.pdf
